Dr. McCullough grew up in the small town of Bridgeport, IL, located in southeastern Illinois, and graduated from Greenville College in 1996 with honors. Dr. McCullough then attended the Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in Alton, IL, graduating near the top of his class in 2000 with honors. He received several awards in dental school, including the Arm and Hammer Dental Award. He also was admitted to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society based on his scholarship and character.

After dental school, Dr. McCullough took over the practice of Dr. Donald E. Hayes DDS, who had practiced for 34 years in Greenville. Dr. McCullough enjoys living and working within this community. His team has a lot of fun together, and patients enjoy the atmosphere of teamwork we have created.

Dentistry has always appealed to Dr. McCullough because it allows him to help people while also being a part of the community. In fact, the best part of his job is providing the dental care patients need. He especially enjoys providing a new smile for someone who has been embarrassed by their teeth for many years. He loves changing people’s self-esteem and self-confidence by improving their smile.

Dr. McCullough has completed numerous hours of continuing education in orthodontics, cosmetics, and other areas of dentistry. He is also an active member in:

  • The International Association of Orthodontics

Dr. McCullough is very active in the community as well. He is a member of:

  • Bond County Board of Health (vice president)

Dr. McCullough donates his time each year to the annual Greenville Regional Hospital Health Fair to perform oral exams. He has also conducted clinics that offer free dental exams for area students.

Dr. McCullough lives in Greenville with his wife, Dawn, their sons Grant and Peyton, and daughter Natalie. He enjoys St. Louis Cardinals baseball, hunting, and watching his kids participate in athletic activities.
